Terms and conditions of use

1. General Provisions

1.1 These rules (the "Rules") of the purchase is a legally binding document that establishes the buyer (“Buyer”) and seller (“Seller”) are the rights, duties and responsibilities of the goods Buyer on www.handmade-postcard.lt online shop (“e-shop”).

1.2. Buyer, by placing an order, is deemed to accept the rules described in the purchase.

1.3. The agreement between the Buyer and the Seller may be concluded from the moment the Buyer formed a shopping cart, specified delivery address, select the payment method and familiar with the rules of Seller and click on "Confirm Order".

2. Privacy policy

2.1. When ordering goods on www.handmade-postcard.lt , the Buyer must submit the required registration information: name, address, phone number and e-mail address. This data is used only for the execution of orders and problems solving with delivery of orders.

2.2. The Buyer is responsible for the correct data entry at the time of registration.

2.3. By ordering, the Buyer agrees to submit the personal data to process the order. The Buyer also agrees that the Buyer's e-mail address and (or) phone number to be sent for the communications necessary to order the goods meet.

2.4. Buyer's personal data may be processed for marketing purposes only if the customer agrees with it, when filling in the registration form.

2.5. The Buyer, by registering in the shop and ordering goods, shall not to disclose his account credentials on www.handmade-postcard.lt to thirty parties.

2.6. Seller agrees to keep the Buyer's personal data safe and shall not disclose them to thirty parties except when it is required by the competent authority of the State Ministry of cases provided by law or by a separate written consent of the Buyer.

3. Buyer's rights and obligations.

3.1. The Buyer shall pay the agreed price for Seller and accept shipping of the ordered goods.

3.2. Full and correct information should be provided when filling out registration form. If data is inconsistent, or fake, www.handmade-postcard.lt has the right to remove Buyers account.

3.2. If the Buyer’s personal data, provided in the registration form, has been changed, the Buyer is obligated to update data immediately.

3.3. The Buyer has the right to refuse the purchase - sale agreement according to the conditions defined in the paragraph 8 of these Rules.

3.4. Buyer, by placing an order on www.handmade-postcard.lt agrees with the the Rules and undertakes to comply with them with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

4. Seller's rights and obligations.

4.1. Seller agrees to allow full access to the www.handmade-postcard.lt online shopping services.

4.2. If the Buyer is trying to undermine the stability of the work of e-shop and security or in breach of its obligations, the seller has the right to and to restrict, suspend or revoke the Buyer the opportunity to buy immediately without any notice.

4.3. Seller agrees to respect the privacy of the Buyer and his personal data provided in the registration form, and shall not dispose it to third parties.

4.4. Seller agrees to deliver goods ordered by the Buyer at the address indicated.

4.5. Seller, due to unexpected conditions, can temporary or completely stop activity of www.handmade-postcard.lt without prompting the Buyer in advance.

4.6. The Seller can unilaterally change these Rules anytime.

4.7. If the Buyer does not uses www.handmade-postcard.lt for a long time, his account could be deleted.

4.8. If the Buyer, after these Rules were changed, is still using services of the www.handmade-postcard.lt, it is considered, that the Buyer agreed with changes of the Rules.

5. Purchase Order, prices, payment arrangements and terms.

5.1. Customers can purchase 7 days a week, 24 hours, daily.

5.2. Orders can be placed using www.handmade-postcard.lt e-shop only.

5.4. All prices in the e-shop are provided in Euros, including VAT

5.4. Buyer can pay for goods via:

5.4.1. using own online banking system. When buyer transfers funds directly to www.handmade-postcard.lt settlement accounts.

5.4.2.using services of payment PayPal or Paysera

5.5. The Buyer undertakes to pay the order within 10 days from the date of order confirmation. The order is arranged only upon receipt confirmation by bank

5.6. If the payment is not made within 10 days, the order is cancelled.

6. Shipping.

6.1. Buyer chooses undertakes to provide the exact place of delivery.

6.2. The Buyer undertakes to accept the goods by himself. In the case when Buyer cannot accept goods, and goods delivered to the provided address, the Buyer has no right to make claims regarding delivery.

6.3. Seller delivers goods by “Lithuanian post”, the delivery companies DPD or VENIPAK.

6.4. Goods are shipped the same day or next business day after confirmation of payment.

6.5. The goods in Lithuania are delivered within 2-3 business days , in Latvia and Estonia within 2-4 days, in other EU countries within 7-14 days

6.6. In all cases, the seller is released from liability for breach of terms of delivery if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or not delivered on time due to the fault of the Buyer or for circumstances beyond the Seller.

6.7. Buyer must notify the Seller immediately if the parcel is damaged, if received wrong (unordered) goods, the quantity of goods is not correct, or set of goods is not incomplete.

6.8. Buyer must send a photo of damaged parcel or(and) goods for Seller by e-mail.

6.9 If parcel is returned to Seller due incorrectly provided address, or if a parcel is returned to a Seller from post terminal after passing a maximum storage time in terminal, Buyer must to pay to Seller for reshipping. In case, if a parcel is returned from post terminal, after maximum storage time had passed, a Buyer must cover returning expenses for a Seller. In this case, if Buyer wishes to cancel order, shipping costs are not refundable.

7. Product quality, warranty.

7.1. All description and concrete data of goods selling on www.handmade-postcard.lt a provided in the description of each item.

7.2. On the pictures there can be displayed more goods, than a price of one piece is. A quantity and price of one (or several) piece is defined in its description. The color of goods displayed in pictures can be slightly different, because of display equipment, used by Buyer.

7.3. Seller for individual types of goods can provide different warranty, the specific terms and other conditions are specified in the description of goods.

8. Returns and exchange.

8.1. Products are returned in accordance with the legislation of EU and the laws of return and exchange rules.

8.2. Buyers should ship returned goods by registered delivery only. The registration number of the parcel should be provided to the Seller within 24 hours after delivery.

8.3. When returning goods of good quality, Buyer pays postage expenses.

8.4. In order to return the item (s), the Buyer can do this within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery to the Buyer. The Seller must be notified by e-mail, providing description of a problem, also providing photos or video and filling a special return form “Product Returns”.

8.5. The returning goods must be in its original packaging, undamaged, unused, in the same complement, which was delivered to the Buyer. Labels and security pellicles, etc. should be remained on the goods. The purchase document in paper form (printed) should be attached to the parcel.

8.6 When returning goods of good quality, amount for the goods only is refunded. Shipping costs are not refundable.

8.7 When wrong (shipped by Seller by mistake) goods are received, Seller replaces goods to correct ones. If they are not available, Buyer receives a full refund (refund for goods and actual shipping expenses).

8.8 When defective or faulty goods are received, Seller replaces goods, if they are available, or sends a refund to the Buyer.

8.9. In order to return defective or faulty goods, Buyer can do this within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery to the Buyer. The Seller must be notified by e-mail, providing description of a problem, also providing photos or video and filling a special return form “Product Returns”.

8.10. The returning goods must be in its original packaging, undamaged, unused, in the same complement, which was delivered to the Buyer. Labels and security pellicles, etc. should be remained on the goods. The purchase document in paper form (printed) should be attached to the parcel.

8.11. The Seller has the right not to accept returned goods if the Buyer fails to comply with paragraphs 8.4-8.5, 8.9-8.10 of these Rules.

8.12. If the Buyer paid for the goods using a gift coupon, coupon with additional amount of money (if it was paid) is returned.

8.13. If the Buyer returns goods purchased with discount, the amount paid with discount is refunded.

9. Marketing and information.

9.1. Seller on the e-shop www.handmade-postcard.lt can organize a range of promotions and special offers.

9.2. Seller has the right, without prior notice, change the terms of the promotions, as well as remove them. Conditions of changes are coming into force at the moment the change was made.

9.3. Seller sends messages to the Buyer by email, provided in Registration Form.

9.4. Buyer all reports and questions sends to the Seller. Using contacts and forms provided in form "Contacts".

9.5. Seller is not responsible if the Buyer does not receive the any information or confirmation e-mails due limited connection to the Internet, e-mail service providers, network problems, or due messages are marked as SPAM, or if the Buyer had provided an incorrect data.

9.6. Buyer's personal data may be processed for marketing purposes only if the customer agrees with it as stated in paragraph 2.4 of these Rules.

10. Final provisions.

10.1. These Rules have been defined in accordance with the valid laws and regulations of Republic of Lithuania.

10.2. Any controversy comes on the enforcement of these rules shall be settled by negotiation. Failing agreement, the disagreements are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
